Alan Jones, 85, is currently on trial in Sydney Local Court facing charges of indecent assault and sexual touching. The court is hearing evidence from the first of six male complainants.

On Tuesday, Complainant J recounted a night in 2004 at Jones's Fitzroy Falls farm. He said Jones demanded he take a shower and return wearing "a robe and nothing else." The complainant alleged that while sitting next to Jones on a couch, Jones rubbed his genitals on the outside of the robe. The complainant also stated he wore underwear under the robe.

Complainant J testified that Jones took an interest in his early sporting career, providing him with a phone, a car, and weekly payments ranging from $450 to $600 to support his training so he would not need to work. In 2012, the complainant said he received an email from Jones's financial team notifying him that the payments were ending, and that he had received approximately $110,000 from Jones since 2004.

During the 2004 visit, the complainant said he and Jones spoke over dinner and wine, with Jones telling him, "You've got to remember, there's only one rule here … there are no rules."

Jones has pleaded not guilty to all charges. His defence lawyer argued the case is rooted in media rivalry and betrayal by colleagues.
