13 killed in tourist plane crash in Peru

A tourist plane crashed outside Nazca, Peru, Saturday afternoon killing 13 people on board, officials said.

The aircraft, which had 11 passengers and two crew members, took off from Pisco Airport, Peru's National Police said.
