An Iranian official on Wednesday warned Gulf states that Iran has “no red lines” when it comes to its defense, following a threat from President Trump to launch another “big attack” on Iran in retaliation for its attacks on commercial ships.
“The Gulf states that have stood alongside Trump in the Iran-America regime conflict should watch over their oil and gas wells,” said Ebrahim Rezaei, a spokesperson for the Iranian Parliament on national security and foreign policy, on the social platform X.
“In defense of the security of the great Iranian nation, we have no red lines.”
The official issued an earlier warning on Wednesday to Trump and American soldiers over the president’s repeated threats throughout the conflict that the U.S. will seize Kharg Island, which holds around 90 percent of Iran’s crude oil exports.
