Adam Schefter, a well-known ESPN insider and Monday Night Football studio analyst, is set to co-host NFL Network's weekly show "The Insiders" on Wednesdays this fall. This marks Schefter's return to NFL Network 17 years after he left the network in 2009 to join ESPN.

Schefter originally became a national NFL insider at NFL Network, where he worked from 2004 to 2009. His upcoming debut on "The Insiders" will be his first appearance on the network since his departure.

Earlier in 2026, ESPN finalized its acquisition of NFL Network, an agreement that included the NFL gaining a 10% equity stake in ESPN. Sources indicate that Schefter will co-host the show during the NFL season on Wednesdays.

Notably, Schefter has previously commentated alongside Jason Kelce and Randy Moss before Super Bowl LIX between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Philadelphia Eagles at Caesars Superdome on February 9, 2025.
