TOKYO — Japanese financial services group Orix announced on Monday, August 3, 2026, plans to acquire AerFin, a U.K.-based company specializing in aircraft aftermarket components. The $640 million acquisition is intended to bolster Orix’s airplane-leasing business in response to growing travel demand.
