Chinese fast-fashion giant Shein is expected to take a significant step toward listing on the Hong Kong stock exchange with the publication of its first IPO filing. This move will provide insights into Shein’s business, which has faced challenges from U.S. and European Union tariffs as well as increased regulatory scrutiny.

Meanwhile, Chinese memory chipmaker ChangXin Memory Technologies (CXMT) is set to be listed in Shanghai. The company, headquartered in Hefei, is a key part of the city’s investment strategy. If CXMT’s stock performs as expected, the approximately 30% stake held by Hefei-owned companies and investment funds could be valued at several tens of billions of dollars.
