Real Madrid have reportedly agreed personal terms with RB Leipzig winger Yan Diomande, according to a BBC report cited by Al Jazeera on Monday, July 27, 2026. The 19-year-old Ivory Coast international impressed at the FIFA World Cup 2026, where he made his debut and helped his nation reach the round of 32.

Diomande, who plays on the right flank, has rapidly risen in European football since joining RB Leipzig from Spanish side Leganes less than a year ago. Both Premier League club Liverpool and French champions Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) had their bids for the player rejected. The BBC reported that PSG’s final offer on Sunday was approximately £102.5 million ($136.75 million).

The terms agreed with Real Madrid are said to be modeled on the contract of England midfielder Jude Bellingham, featuring performance incentives and annual improvements.
