Japanese real estate developer Mitsui Fudosan announced plans to build a development center focused on physical AI in Kumamoto Prefecture, Japan. The center will utilize next-generation chips to create prototypes for industrial applications, including robots, industrial equipment, and automobiles.

Mitsui Fudosan intends for the hub to serve as a collaborative space where Japanese and Taiwanese companies can jointly develop cutting-edge semiconductor technologies. The location near Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company's (TSMC) Kumamoto base is strategic for fostering this cross-national partnership.
