As the 2026 midterm elections approach, Kalshi has introduced its Midterms Hub, a Wall Street-style scoreboard that combines live prediction markets with polling averages, fundraising data, historical election results, and political news. Launched on Tuesday, July 22nd, 2026, the platform offers continuous, real-time updates on House, Senate, and gubernatorial races, reflecting shifts as campaigns evolve and news breaks.

Unlike traditional polls that capture voter sentiment at a single moment, Kalshi's prediction markets update dynamically as traders respond to debates, endorsements, and fundraising developments. Kalshi reports that candidates favored by its markets have won about 90% of races since 2024, even three months before Election Day.

"Prediction markets don't care about spin or partisanship," said Tarek Mansour, Kalshi's co-founder and CEO, emphasizing that the markets cut through polarization by reflecting the wisdom of the crowds backed by real money rather than rhetoric. A company spokesperson noted that many users treat the markets as an informational resource, even if they do not place wagers.

The 2026 midterms will determine control of the House and Senate, shaping President Donald Trump's legislative agenda during the final two years of his term. Kalshi plans to expand the Midterms Hub beyond the 2026 elections, aiming to make it a permanent destination for tracking U.S. political races.
