President Trump's media company, Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG), announced on Thursday, July 16, 2026, plans to launch the "Truth API," a direct data feed providing Wall Street firms with real-time access to posts from the highest-ranking Truth Social accounts. The service is expected to be available beginning in August 2026.

Kevin McGurn, interim CEO of TMTG, stated that "markets already move on Truth Social posts," emphasizing the platform's influence on financial markets. The API is designed to deliver posts to paying customers within milliseconds, targeting firms most impacted by delays in information, such as high-frequency trading companies that execute trades in fractions of a second.

The Truth API will offer continuous 24/7 coverage and includes an archive of posts dating back to 2022. McGurn expressed expectations that the offering will become a "meaningful, ongoing source of revenue" for the company, describing it as a "direct, licensed, real-time feed of the platform's most market-moving Truths while advancing our strategy to monetize proprietary assets through a high-margin, recurring revenue stream."

Trump Media & Technology Group, founded in 2021 following the suspension of Trump's accounts on major social media platforms, owns Truth Social where the president frequently announces policy updates and market-moving news.
