A five-year-old boy has died after being struck by a Toyota LandCruiser near Miles Park on Belgravia Street in the Perth suburb of Cloverdale. The incident occurred around 4:25 pm on Tuesday, July 15th, 2026.

The boy was rushed to Perth Children's Hospital but succumbed to his injuries. A 48-year-old woman, also hit in the crash, was taken to Royal Perth Hospital with critical injuries. The driver of the vehicle stopped at the scene and was uninjured.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
